Size and fit

To wear the cuff simply push it onto the edge of your ear, ensuring that it sits neatly and safely around it. Make sure it feels secure and gently hugs the edge.

This cuff comes in two different sizes, small and medium.

• Small Spectra cuff measure 6mm in width
• Outside diameter is 11mm, inside diameter is 8mm

• Medium Spectra cuff measure 6mm in width
• Outside diameter is 14mm, inside diameter is 11mm
